Responsibilities

Under the responsibility of the Site Supervisor / Works Supervisor / Business Manager:

1. Organization of the work:
* Receive instructions for the works to be undertaken.
* Become familiar with the technical file.
* Ensure reporting and feedback for requirements in terms of materials and consumables; receive and accept them.
* Schedule the intervention and allocate the tasks.
* Help to evaluate the time needed for each intervention your team undertakes.
* Supervise and check the execution of the works.
* Alert the appropriate parties in case of any building site derivation (lead times, worktime budget).
* Organize and check the maintenance of the equipment and its cleaning and storage after use on the building site.
* Record and check the time spent by your team.
* Ensure equipment is safely stored.
1. Quality, health, safety and the environment:
* Ensure that the QHSE procedures, rules and preventive measures are complied with and passed on.
* Analyze accidents/incidents and risks, and define appropriate preventive measures.
* Prepare and implement the QHSE (preventive, corrective) action plan.
* Welcome newcomers to their position.
2. Operational activities:
* Assist the teams with the execution of their tasks.
* Participate in the construction work.
* Pass on the information needed for the as-built drawings of works executed.
* Formalize the checks.
* Participate in and/or carry out testing/service operations.
* Ensure the skills transfer within the team.
* Carry out the administrative tasks within your scope (receipt, statement of needs for tally sheets).
3. Communication:
* Account for your activity.
* Inform the client and/or local residents and/or subscribers.
* Pass on information useful for your superiors and your team.


Job Requirements

Required Level of Education: CAP, BEP, Bac Pro Electrotechnique and/or a title of network installer preferred.

Required Professional Experience: 2 to 5 years in a similar or equivalent position.

Qualities / Skills: You are autonomous, versatile, and rigorous. You are motivated to evolve in the field of external networks. You hold electrical TST aerial certifications. You have a driver's license B / C and CACES 1B / 3B.

Work Environment: Position based in Saint Jean d’Angély (17) with outdoor work, physical tasks, and work under tension.
