Develop, lead and execute a purchasing and supply strategy for the NORCAM region on key categories of indirect purchasing spend, including, but not limited to, retail (Capex & Opex), marketing, visual merchandising, IT, logistics, T&E by meeting the priority objectives of Business Partners and Finance.

The Indirect Purchasing Buyer will have the general mission of :

1. Support the implementation of the purchasing strategy and policy within the business lines
- Develop and promote the Indirect Purchasing culture within the Lacoste NORCAM organization
- Set and implement a global optimization program on main spend

o Follow a spend classification analysis by supplier

o Define and execute an action plan with business partners with savings objectives

o Build and monitor calls for tenders

o Conduct negotiations with main suppliers

o Follow the selected solutions implementation including interacting with relevant stakeholders (for ex : legal on contracts)
- Creation and monitor efficient supplier portfolio by functions

o Supplier mapping, portfolio analysis

o Strategic supplier performance monitoring (iSRM program)

o Search for alternatives and innovations to meet the company's strategic challenges

2. Measure purchasing performance
- Ensure financial reporting on initiatives are carried out :

o Monitor concrete implementation of validated initiatives and measure results

o Monitor key indicators and consolidate purchasing data
