1. Scope of activities
Perform some or all of the following activities:Establish, support and monitor the quality procedures within his/her scopeCarry out project quality monitoring in conjunction with the development team (validation of quality milestones compared with the schedule)Control and monitor the indicators used to verify the manufactured products’ compliance with applicable standards and with the procedures defined within the certification frameworkEnsure that the written control plan is consistent and applicable in productionCarry out customer monitoring: performance management, management of customer satisfaction in production and spare partsRepresent the site during customer and regulatory auditsManage improvement action plans for project transition to production modeMonitor the load/capacity of quality resources throughout the project to avoid a critical situationOrganize actions to raise awareness and train staff on the problem of qualityTrack costs (scrap, etc.) within a defined scopeBe responsible for System Quality: management of certifications within the scope (Part 21G, EN9100), drafting and updating of QAP (quality assurance plans), guarantee of quality communication, participation in internal audits, or audits conducted by the division, customers or authorities (civil aviation), etc.Generate alerts regarding risks and critical points while proposing appropriate safeguarding, corrective or preventive actionsFunctionally or hierarchically manage a teamEstablish dashboards/KPIs necessary for performance measurement (effectiveness/efficiency) and budget monitoringCoordinate problem-solvingActivities need to be adapted for employees on work-study placements (professionalization contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.) to be in line with their training.
2. Take into account and process QSE alerts reported by staff
3. Ensure that his/her team has the necessary skills to occupy their positions (QSE training, qualifications, etc.)
4. Support the rise in QSE maturity of his/her sector
