Project Management Responsibilities
* Lead customer migration projects from initiation to completion, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
* Work virtually across several business lines; BT(IT), Sales, Operations, and the Data and transformation offices.
* Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, set expectations, and ensure clear communication throughout the migration process.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during migration projects, addressing concerns and providing timely updates.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive project reports, including progress tracking, risk management, and post-migration analysis.
* Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices.
* Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with migration projects to ensure successful outcomes.
* Provide training and support to customers and internal teams to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
* 5+ years’ experience in Project Management, ideally within customer migrations or transformation programs.
* Proven experience working across cross-functional and virtual teams.
* Strong understanding of business process change, data migrations, and technology implementation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
* Solid experience with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) and a data-informed approach to tracking and decision-making.
* Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
* Proactive problem solver with strong risk management and escalation skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
* PMP or other recognized Project Management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, SAFe) is a plus.
* Experience in trade credit insurance, financial services, or SaaS / enterprise platforms is an advantage.
