To meet our challenges, we are looking for our next Global Portfolio Management Officer (H/F) within the Digital Excellence team! This position will be located in Lestrem (near Lille).

Mission:

The purpose of this position is to manage the organization's digital project portfolio, ensuring that it is delivered within quality, cost, and schedule targets. The person in this role will be responsible for managing portfolio resources, including allocation and planning, and will provide support for financial and risk management. Additionally, they will oversee portfolio governance, process, and tool management.

This is a challenging and rewarding position that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within digital organization.

You will be responsible for :
- Manage Project Portfolio : The primary responsibility of this position is to manage the organization's digital project portfolio by monitoring and evaluating portfolio and project performance. This includes managing portfolio resources, supporting financial and risk management, and identifying appropriate action plans to address any issues.
-Manage portfolio governance : this role involves managing portfolio governance by organizing and leading digital investment committees and reviews.
-Manage portfolio Data & tooling : be responsible for managing portfolio data and tooling, ensuring data quality and consistency, and delivering and optimizing reporting, resource management & portfolio tooling,
- Perform process management : ensuring that processes are well-known, understood, followed, and optimized. This includes leading communication efforts, ensuring that guidelines are followed, and leading a performance network.
- Participe continuous Improvement : participating in continuous improvement efforts to strengthen management practices, governance standards, processes, and to lead and animate a build performance network.

What will we love about you?

First of all, you have a strong presentation skills (written and oral), analytical and organizational skills, an eye for detail and precision, and the ability to take on new challenges.

You also have good communication, persuasion, and listening skills. You are good at challenging and open-minded!

You have the ability to synthetize complex information and provide reporting, analysis, highlights and develop action plan

Additionally, you have experience in managing supporting teams in multiple locations.

But also:

You hold a Master's degree Engineering/commerce or equivalent within a domain related to Information Systems.

You have over minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project dept. or similar in an international environment
-
You have an experience as Digital project manager or program manager + you know methodology (WAterfall, agile)
-
And as we are an international company, you are fluent in English
-
Certification PMI or Prince2 is a plus
-
Familiarity with SAP (PPM), ITBM tools is a plus
