We're looking for talent to join our Sales, Marketing, Research and Application teams in Paris.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Are you a skilled professional with a passion for sales and strategic development?
We are looking for a Business & Strategy Analyst who will be in charge of:
* Leading some of our key projects and initiatives, notably related to the launch of new products and their scaling
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI) domain.
* Collaborate with the business team to define the solution package (4P) and create a way to market it.
* Participate in the marketing and commercial plan preparation.
* Performing ad-hoc analyzes to help us take the right strategic decisions
* Leading and improving some of our processes to maximize our performance
* Planning and managing product launches.
* Forecasting and budgeting of local sales and marketing activities.
* Devise tools to improve sales.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
* Business or engineering school looking for a final year internship.
* Strong analytical profile. We need someone who can slice and dice data, extracting meaningful insights and guiding our strategic decisions.
* Advanced knowledge of the technology ecosystem
* A good technical understanding of audio systems and their deployment
* Interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity, especially in the musical and performing arts fields.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, enabling you to establish a strong rapport with clients, partners, and internal teams.
* Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
* Strong market knowledge and ability to analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities.
* Willingness to travel extensively and to engage with clients and partners across the European region.
* Fluent in French and in English.
DESIRED SKILLS:
* Master’s Degree in Marketing, Sales or Engineering
* Creative background and experiences as a musician.
* Passion for acoustics and sound reproduction, music, recording, and performing arts.
