Job Description
You are joining the Teora - Middle Office Assurance Vie Gestion Privée team as a Middle Officer.
Your daily tasks are to:
* Receive requests, perform 1st level checks (completeness, compliance), process and track the files inherent to all Life Insurance actions (subscription, additional payment, advance, redemption, arbitration, change of beneficiary clause, administrative acts, ...);
* Take charge of telephone calls related to the activity;
* Take charge of activity-related emails and fill in the tracking and reporting tools;
* Encourage our clients to seek help in preparing their files in terms of origin and traceability of funds;
* Promote the use of digital tools and the means available to our customers for self-care.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

You have a higher education and at least 2 years of experience in similar positions.
You are proficient in:
* Life insurance;
* The 1st level controls.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good listening ability, you are:
* Recognized for your writing skills and analytical and synthetic skills;
* Adaptable, customer-oriented and comfortable with communication;
* You are a team player who respects rules and procedures in a demanding environment.
You master English with a B1 level.
