Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Nous recherchons en stage un/e ANALYSTE DE DONNEES ACHATS ET DIGITALISATION pour rejoindre notre équipe !

Notre activité MATERI'ACT recherche un/e stagiaire ANALYSTE DE DONNEES ACHATS ET DIGITALISATIONpour son site basé à Villeurbanne.

Vous travaillerez sur des défis qui comptent

Vos missions :

1. Optimiser les pratiques et outils permettant d’apporter plus d’efficience dans les interactions entre les Achats Materi’Act et son écosystème. (Engineering, Product Line, différents services Achats, Qualité, Opérations).
2. Automatiser la collecte et la consolidation des datas Achats.
3. Elaborer et maintenir un dashboard permettant la visualisation macro et micro de l’activité actuelle et à venir des Achats Materi’Act (en s’appuyant sur les outils existants du Groupe Forvia).
4. Contribuer à l’amélioration de la communication Achats Materi’Act.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Et si c'était vous ?

Nous recherchons idéalement :

- Actuellement en Bac /5, vous êtes étudiant(e) en Informatique ou en data science

- Vous vous êtes spécialisé(e) en Gestion des données, et vous avez des connaissances ou une première expérience dans ce domaine.

- Vous présentez une appétence pour les Systèmes d'information et la gestion de projet.

- Vous maitrisez Excel, Powerpoint et Power BI.

- Des connaissances en gestion de base de données seraient appréciées.

- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre curiosité et votre faculté à travailler en autonomie.

- Vous êtes doté(e) d'un bon relationnel, d'un esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.

- La Maitrise de la langue Anglais et Français (niveau avancé) est nécessaire
