Agent Immobilier (Statut Indépendant Requis)

Mission

* En tant qu'agent immobilier indépendant, vous intégrez l'équipe transaction et participez à la vie de l'agence.
* Votre quotidien est passionnant, rythmé par des tâches diverses et variées. Sur le terrain, vous découvrez et suivez de près les projets des propriétaires et futurs propriétaires.
* Vous êtes en contact permanent avec les habitants afin d'être identifié(e) comme le/la référent(e) en immobilier sur votre secteur.
* Vous découvrez les projets de vie des personnes que vous rencontrez puis les accompagnez dans la réalisation de leurs projets, qu'ils soient acquéreurs ou vendeurs.
* Vous réalisez les estimations.
* Vous constituez et assurez le suivi d'un stock qualitatif de biens à vendre.
* Vous créez le plan marketing pour chaque bien immobilier dont vous êtes en charge.
* Vous évaluez les besoins et la capacité de financement des acquéreurs pour leur apporter le meilleur accompagnement et leur faire visiter des biens correspondant à leurs attentes.
* Vous assurez la négociation et l'accompagnement administratif et juridique entre les parties pour parvenir à la réalisation de la vente définitive du bien.


Par votre professionnalisme, vous veillez chaque jour à la satisfaction de vos clients, en leur offrant le meilleur service jamais délivré par aucune autre organisation immobilière, de la découverte à la concrétisation de leurs projets (et même au-delà) !


Votre profil :

* Vous êtes agent immobilier agréé auprès de la Chambre de Commerce au Luxembourg ou détenteur du BTS.
* Vous êtes motivé et dynamique.
* Vous avez une forte affinité pour le numérique.
* Vous vous distinguez par un haut degré d'engagement et une manière de travailler indépendante.
* Vous êtes fluent dans une ou plusieurs des langues suivantes : français, anglais, luxembourgeois, allemand, etc.

* As an independent real estate agent, you will join the transactions team and actively contribute to the life of the agency.
* Your daily tasks will be dynamic and diverse, including fieldwork, discovering, and closely following the projects of property owners and prospective buyers.
* You will be in constant contact with residents to establish yourself as the go-to real estate expert in your area.
* You will identify people's life projects and guide them through the process, whether they are buyers or sellers.
* You will conduct property valuations.
* You will build and manage a high-quality portfolio of properties for sale.
* You will develop a marketing plan for each property under your management.
* You will assess buyers' needs and financial capabilities to provide them with the best guidance and property visits suited to their expectations.
* You will handle negotiations and manage the administrative and legal aspects between parties to ensure the successful completion of sales transactions.

Your Profile

* You are a licensed real estate agent registered with the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce or hold a BTS degree.
* You are motivated and dynamic.
* You have a strong affinity for digital tools.
* You stand out due to your high level of commitment and ability to work independently.
* You are fluent in one or more of the following languages: French, English, Luxembourgish, German, etc.
