L'équipe

We invite you to join the Client Development Team (covering Clienteling, CRM, and Insights) at our EMEA headquarters based in Paris. During your experience at LV, you will undertake the following key responsibilities:

1. Data Analytics: Assist EMEA leadership and various teams (such as Digital, Merchandising or Retail Performance) with ad-hoc analyses. Engage in the client insights roadmap and initiatives aimed at enhancing the data culture within our organization, fostering proactive awareness of data among our teams.
2. Data Visualization: Develop, automate, and maintain monthly dashboards to effectively monitor clienteling performance across regions. This involves not only the skills to construct dashboards using tools like PowerBI or Excel but also analyzing trends and identifying insights to assist decision-makers. Ensure the dashboards are informative yet easy to comprehend for all stakeholders within EMEA.
3. Operational Clienteling Topics: Provide daily support to clienteling managers across our EMEA regions, addressing their diverse needs. Examples include creating relevant client targets for VIP events or clienteling campaigns and sharing valuable client insights with regional leadership.


Profile

We are seeking candidates with a background in engineering, management, and data analysis, or equivalent qualifications. The ideal candidate possesses:

· Proficiency in SQL is essential for this position.

· Good knowledge in dashboarding tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).

· Knowledge of Dataiku is a plus.

· Knowledge of GCP is a plus.

· Client obsession.

· Fluent in English, French is a plus.
