- En Inde We are currently hiring a ServiceNow Business Analyst for one of our key clients, located in Sophia-Antipolis, in the southeast of France. This mission sits at the intersection of internal IT strategy, innovation, and service design.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead experiments and proof of concepts with employees. Upon success, prepare and hand over implementation plans to the relevant service design teams.
- Design and develop innovative solutions (technological, methodological, communication-related), incorporating change management, training, and internal communication strategies.
- Research and explore Future of Work trends through UX and employee research, market analysis, benchmarking, and business case development.
- Facilitate workshops with employees (notably at Amadeus) to uncover and analyze pain points, then formalize problem statements and root causes.
- Contribute to defining a new strategy to support the transition to a Modern / Hybrid / Flexible / Intelligent / Augmented workplace.
