Responsable technique - génie civil (f/h)

Eiffage Génie Civil est présente dans l’ensemble des spécialités du génie civil. Ses équipes interviennent depuis la conception jusqu’à la construction, mais aussi en réparation et en maintenance, et en démolition, sur de nombreux ouvrages en France et à l’international.

MISSIONSEngineering Office Management. Take part in facilitating management reviews.. Determine the policy and the areas for progress that serve to define the department’s objectives. HR and financial management, and commercial follow-up. Ensure the department’s financial management with the help of the support functions concerned (budget, invoicing, etc.).. Organize the department’s HR management methods (training, internal meetings, hierarchical appointments, etc.).. Define the training policy and monitor its results.. Manage the engineering office’s commercial relations. Project follow-up and business project management. Assign each business project to a sector manager and approve the proposed team’s constitution.. Validate the upstream mission reviews, the bid reviews, and set the spend objectives for the execution phase.. Lead coordination meetings between the sector managers and the Drafting Office Manager. Continuous improvement. Approve the Quality Assurance Plans (QAP).. Validate the external verification needs, and appoint the corresponding auditors.. Rule on the relevance and the orientations of the QE management system. Team and employees support and development. Implement all management and HR development actions planned, to allow skills improvement of the employees and their mobility within the company JOB REQUIREMENTS 5 - 6 years’ higher education in an Engineering school Significant experience in the supervision of technical studies (technical management of projects, technical engineering office, etc.) JOB ENVIRONMENT Reporting line: Regional Director or General Director Internal relations: Sector Manager, Engineering Studies Officer, Business Manager, Drafting Office Manager, Project Leader, Major Projects Director, Project Engineering Office, etc. External relations: Clients, Architect, Experts, etc.

CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS

Diplômes : Vous êtes diplômé d’un Bac +5 en génie civil / travaux public

Expérience : Vous possédez au moins 10 ans d’expérience en études techniques dans le domaine du Génie Civil et au moins 3 ans d’expérience en pilotage d’une équipe études techniques multidisciplinaire.

Compétences :

1. Faire preuve d’anticipation, faire preuve d’analyse et de synthèse, savoir décider, avoir de l’influence et convaincre, excellente capacité de communication et esprit d’équipe sont des qualités indispensables sur cette fonction.

2. Maitrise des outils de pilotage de projet et de bureautique.
