Leader sur les sièges ultralégers pour l'aviation régionale et en pleine croissance sur le segment des moyen-courriers, Expliseat est présent chez les principaux constructeurs d'avions (Airbus, Boeing, ATR, Bombardier, Dassault, Comac, Lilium) et comptabilise plus 10 000 sièges en vol au Canada, en Inde, aux Philippines, en Polynésie As a Head of Communications, your main role is to define, develop and execute an ambitious and impactful communication strategy, to continue the transformation of Expliseat brand from a technology start-up to an innovative industrial company.
Reporting to the VP of Strategy, Marketing and Communications, and with dotted line into the CEO office, your role is to :
- Define a communication strategy to develop our markets and our notoriety
- Analyze and understand aviation/transport decarbonization market trends to propose innovative and impactful communication campaigns ;
- Develop a strategy and an operational communication plan on our target markets in line with the pre-established budget ;
- Synchronize Branding, PR, Events and Social media activities to propel Expliseat internally & externally
- Develop communications around the strengths of our products, our company, our customer benefits.
- Optimize brand communication by developing co-branding with our customers ;
- Analyze feedback from communication operations and propose improvements ;
- Manage an internal training program to become an Expliseat ambassador ;
- Organization and implementation of communication actions
- Develop content, media and communication tools (articles, commercial brochures and presentations, videos, kakemonos, newsletters, etc.) with occasional external assistance;
- Coordinate work with service providers and ensure the quality of projects and compliance with the company's graphic charter (product renderings, design brochures, etc.) ;
- In coordination with the Marketing team, animate and manage a variety of communication channels :
- Digital channels (Website, social networks)
- Media : point of contact for press officers, management of media events and press releases ;
- Develop successful company events strategies
- Management of exhibitions, conferences, customer and corporate event, etc. to promote company values :
- Registration of Expliseat speakers and definition of language elements ;
- Mobilize the media on our news.
- Ensure the success of our participation in events (before, during and after) :
- Stand (provide instructions to suppliers for design, layout, etc. ensure supplier management, and schedule and cost.) ;
- Dedicated communication (web page, brochures, newsletters, invitation, etc.) ;
- Interviews, photoshoots, etc. ;
- Speaker registration, conference, etc. ;
- Newsletters, internal report, etc.
