Your missions : Organization & Management Ensemble, of the UK business development Drive the business development Ensemble, for the UK Market to reach annual revenue/margin targets Elaborate the annual sales plan and strategy for the UK Market to deliver targets fixed by the Ensemble organization Implement and promote the sales and business development strategy Ensemble for the UK Market Sales Management : size and competencies aligned to market need and fixed costs optimization Represents ENSEMBLE at customers and distributors, provide guidelines to teammates in charge, participate to distributors selection, evaluate performance Ensure that the key processes from Commercial Excellence are applied Management of a team of Business Development Managers UK (relative to business activity in the UK) Your day-to-day activities : Manage sales team for the UK : Drive the sales team to develop the Europe and Export Market following the ENSEMBLE sales strategy. Ensure transparency in decision process and guidelines follow up. Major responsibilities and activities Sales UK : Understand and share commercial situation for the UK : changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply & demand, Customers knowledges, market intelligence Contribute to the definition and follow-up of the annual budget and strategic plan for his/her zone with a : Bottom up approach with " white markets " to conquer by preparing a potentials list Top down approach with a strategy per category Negotiation : Creation/implementation and continuous adaptation of the sales plan in line with the ENSEMBLE Sales Strategy and the production plans Engage the contracts in his/her portfolio according to targets tonnages and prices and provide adaptation based on market situation Analyse achievement via Sales dashboards, per month or week if needed and set corrective actions; provide explanations on deviations Sales execution : Provide accurate and live forecast on sales & delivery volume (Anaplan demand review/ Monthly buckets) and ensure and understand contract execution : 1) execution rate 2) realized prices 3) cash collection Actively manage the customer/business interface at all relevant points in order to maintain customer satisfaction Process&Tools : BE accountable for good practices in the process lead to contract to order to cash and ensure UK Sales Team's compliance with operational rules : 1/Leads in CRM 2/ Respect Quotation tool/Price lists 3/ Contract book 4/ Contract desk via contract tool instructions 5/ Rebates management 6/ Index contract management 7/ Execution follow up etc Work collectively with all the European Sales teams on a transversal mode to address global and multiregional accounts Management : Manage UK Business Development team (relative to business activity).
