A propos du poste :
We are excited to share a new opportunity for a PR Assistant to join our growing Marketing team. This is an entry-level, full-time position based at our Head Office / Warehouse in Rosebery, NSW.
Broad areas of responsibility include:
Collaborate with the design team to maintain and manage the sample calendar.
Upload seasonal information to the sample platform, ensuring the data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Coordinate with the design team to confirm all sample details are accurately reflected in the platform.
Oversee the movement of press samples, ensuring they are sent out and returned promptly.
Track sample inventory and ensure proper organization of the samples for quick access and distribution.
Manage gifting requests from retail stores, ensuring seamless coordination between the stores and the PR team.
Track and report on gifting activities to ensure all items are distributed as per the requirements.
Handle the recall of samples from press or influencers and ensure they are returned in good condition.
Oversee the archiving of samples, ensuring proper documentation and organization for future reference.
Profil recherché :
An eye for luxury products and strong commercial awareness
Demonstrated experience with sales, stock management, and allocations.
Computer literacy - Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
Experience with ERP systems such as AP21 is highly regarded.
Has a strong work ethic; can work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
Is highly organised and can work to strict and often conflicting timelines.
Strong attention to detail.
Willingness to learn.
