Main Missions:
* Participate in defining objectives and planning the necessary means for implementation.
* Provide technical support for all sites within its scope of responsibility.
* Organize and supervise preventive, corrective, and/or structural maintenance operations.
* Oversee the preparation, implementation, and monitoring of project execution.
* Manage communication, information exchange, and report drafting within the department.
* Supervise the condition and functionality of infrastructure, equipment,t, and materials.
* Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of infrastructure and equipment.
* Plan, optimize, and manage the budgets and purchasing for his department.
Your Profile:
* Technical Degree / Diploma / Trade Certificate.
* Proven experience as a manager in a similar role.
Required Skills:
Technical Skills: (include, but are not limited to):
* Understanding of OSHA, ISO, or other relevant safety standard.
* Ability to manage maintenance budgets, optimize costs, and negotiate with vendors.
* Project and operations management.
* Preventive and corrective maintenance.
* Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
* Experience in overseeing building services and energy efficiency.
* Construction and infrastructure development.
* Technical documentation and reporting.
IT & Software Skills:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Knowledge of BMS, or CMMS is desirable.
Languages:
* Fluent in French.
* English is a plus.
Work Location:
* Morocco (Missour/Enjil).
