Supplier delivery performance manager (h/f)

INTRODUCTION

Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités dans le domaine de la Signalisation Ferroviaire, nous recrutons un(e) Chargé(e) d’affaires.

Le poste est intégré à l’activité Signalisation d’Alstom, qui a pour mission de définir et de concevoir les solutions d’informatique, d'électronique et de télécommunication qui construisent l’intelligence des trains de demain.

Le site de Villeurbanne (800 salariés) est spécialisé dans la conception et la fabrication de systèmes électroniques embarqués et débarqués (contrôle et monitoring, signalisation).


PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

As part of the Supply Chain team, the Supplier Delivery Performance Manager will be in charge of:

1. Ensuring Supplier is able to answer ALSTOM needs (Supply Chain Capability and Capacity)
2. Managing the Supplier Relationship performance, optimizing the end-to-end Supply Chain for ensuring best availability of parts to support site business
3. Preventing delivery crisis and improve the delivery performances with our suppliers
4. Deploying the Supplier Relationship strategy & process designed and the associated governance to ensure: Deployment of standards (including tools) at site level involving key stakeholders as Sourcing & Quality Continuous maturity improvement Successful implementatin of transformation initiatives
5. Ensuring strong cascading processes between Alstom & suppliers to ensure highest level of parts availability
6. Setting-up an adapted crisis management in case of major delivery issues

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

7. Realize ad-hoc audits (or assessments) of Supplier Capacity and Capability.
8. Ensure application of a robust process defined by Global Supply Chain team: Supply Chain Capability & Capacity Assessments, Performance follow up and escalation, Improvement Plans
9. Animate a root cause analysis post-crisis and deploy largely corrective actions
10. Animate Site Supplier Delivery performance and develop competencies of Site Procurement Team in monitoring and ensuring Supplier Delivery Performance
11. Enforce collaboration between Sourcing / Supplier Quality and Supply Chain for Top Offenders management
12. Manage Supplier Relationship performance by: Ensuring key Supplier Relatinship KPIs positive trend (On Time In Full, %Late deliveries & Late depth, Capacity) Mnitoring process performance with systematic monthly review Develping / enhancing the cross functional governance with quality and sourcing at regional level

QUALIFICATION & COMPETENCIES - Expected Level

13. Initial Background: Engineering school graduation with Extended Supply Chain orientation
14. Languages: French & English fluent
15. Experiences:
16. Supply Chain experience, Procurement experience, Supplier management experience at least 5 years
17. Root cause analysis and Improvement management experience
18. Auditor Background should be a +

20. Soft skills : Proactivity, Leadership, Results oriented, Communication & Negotiation & Training skills
