As part of its growth strategy, Cegid is accelerating its expansion and is now looking for an SVP Marketing - Enterprise to lead a 30-person team and shape the marketing strategy across Europe and Canada.
You'll report directly to the General Manager of the Enterprise Business division, with a functional line to the Group CMO. You'll BE part of a global marketing organization of 270 people and work closely with Sales, Product Marketing and Strategic Partners.
The position is based in Boulogne-Billancourt (92) - France.
Your main objectives as SVP Marketing ?
As SVP Marketing Enterprise, you will own and execute the full marketing strategy for this division, with one mission : drive revenue growth and pipeline acceleration through high-impact demand generation, ABM strategies, strategic partnerships and standout event marketing.
As such, you will :
- Define and lead the marketing strategy for the Enterprise Business Division
- Work hand-in-hand with Sales and Product Marketing to meet revenue and pipeline goals
- Strengthen our partner ecosystem (channels, alliances, networks)
- Manage and coach a high-performing international team of 30 marketers
- Run multi-channel lead generation campaigns and boost conversion rates
- Champion a data-driven mindset and maximize ROI across short- and long-term goals
- Collaborate with the Group CMO to shape Cegid's global marketing vision
- Coordinate with the ILA region (Iberia, LATAM, Africa)
- Actively contribute to M&A integration from a marketing perspective
