Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un candidat pour rejoindre notre équipe OBSD (Operational Business Support & Development). L'équipe OBSD est chargée de fournir des services d'éducation, de formation et de développement ainsi que des services de conseil aux équipes opérationnelles du Group Technology Sourcing (GTS). Il s'agit de proposer des cours de formation dans tous les pays où opère le groupe GTS (Royaume-Uni, Allemagne, France, Belgique et Pays-Bas), d'apporter un soutien à l'intégration, de gérer les programmes de talents opérationnels, de développer des cours de formation, de dispenser des formations et d'administrer le processus d'intégration et de formation de bout en bout.
Votre environnement
En tant que Change and Project Manager - Inside Sales, vous serez responsable de la direction générale, de la planification, de la coordination, de la mise en œuvre et de l'exécution de programmes de travail majeurs et complexes au profit du departement Inside Sales et d'autres équipes au sein de Group Technology Sourcing. Vous veillerez à ce que les programmes soient adoptés et mis en œuvre avec succès, dans le respect des délais et du budget.
Vous assurez également le coaching et le mentorat des membres moins expérimentés de l'équipe.
Vos missions
- Programme Management & Development
- Oversees GTS Education Plans including ensuring communication methods are fit for purpose and LMS system fully utilised.
- Training delivered is continuously reviewed and improved, and new training areas are developed to a high standard in collaboration with the GTS Lead Trainers
- Continuously engaging with key stakeholders within the GTS operational teams to identify and assess teams Education needs.
- Ensures all programme of work delivered include an effective people plan, which is subsequently delivered against.
- Partners with business leaders to deliver programmes that support Inside Sales and GTS objectives.
- Leads the planning and implementation of programmes(s) throughout the lifecycle of work, initiation through to closure.
- Oversees the review of programme scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Tracks and advises on programme deliverables and tasks.
- Own and resolves any issues that arise during the programme and proactively drives risk mitigation activities.
- Drive team accountability for programme results of staying on-budget, on-schedule, and delivery of outcomes/adoption as expected.
- Communicate clear expectations to key stakeholders and programme team members, including gaining acceptance and accomplishing programme objectives.
- Provide status reporting throughout the programmes of work to stakeholders on progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Effective escalation management for any programme related issues/risks that will impact the programme of work negatively.
- Mentor team members including aspects of leadership, methodology, approach, stakeholder management and people skills.
- Conduct programme reviews, post implementation reviews, continual improvement reviews and adoption reviews.

- Ensuring training resources (new courses, repository, administration system) are in place, adopted and updated,
- Implementation of programmes to a high standard, that meet the initial success criteria, are delivered on time and budget and adopted successfully by the users.

Votre profil
- Minimum 7–10-year experience within the IT industry
- Good awareness of the marketplace, industry, and stakeholders
- Good understanding of how GTS operates.
- Good process understanding for day-to-day business within Inside Sales and GTS
- Identifies decision makers and leverages relationships to improve service.
- Excellent time management as well as independent, solution-oriented work
- Continuous Improvement and growth mindset
- Problem-solving, decision-making ability and goal orientated work style
- High level of cost awareness and customer orientation
- Very good oral/written communication skills in native language
- Ability to converse in English to a very good level.
