Le siège social du Groupe AXA (GIE AXA) regroupe nos activités corporate. Il assure le pilotage et le support des filiales dans le monde, afin de garantir notamment la coordination et le suivi de la stratégie globale AXA, l’application de ses standards, la cohérence des approches commerciales, et le partage des meilleures pratiques.

Within the Group, you will join the Group Risk Management department (GRM) and more precisely the GRM Transformation Office as Program management & transformation officer.

Your job and daily missions

In light of the exciting opportunities of AXA new strategic plan, technical excellence and technology are put at the forefront as key levers for growth. In that context, GRM has launched an ambitious Tech & Data transformation journey while also securing the delivery of existing tech/data initiatives.

This is in addition to all other transformation initiatives for GRM managed/steered by the Transformation Office.

In that context, you will

* Be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple related GRM projects
* Help installing adhoc governance and reporting with key stakeholders for effective portfolio management enabling timely delivery and arbitrage while securing budget
* Support GRM business initiatives owners in translating business needs into IT requirements within structured projects
* Ensure financial followup tech expenses/spending for GRM
* Manage other transformation initiatives non-tech related

* Strong understanding of tech & data ecosystems
* Stakeholder management while establishing strong partnership with other central functions/entities
* Good understanding of insurance business and risk management topics
* Strong tech acumen
