Nous recherchons un Apprenti(e) RH pour rejoindre nos équipes basé à Allenjoie. L'usine d'Allenjoie de FCM assure la production de solutions sophistiquées de réduction des émissions et la production des technologies de systèmes de stockage d'hydrogène.

Durée : 2 ans compter de septembre 2025 sous la responsabilité du Responsable RH de site.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities
- Recrutement : Gestion du recrutement des apprentis et stagiaires du périmètre en toute autonomie ;
- Formation : Gestion et suivi du plan de formation site ;
- Intégration & Administratif : Gestion de la préparation de l'arrivée et intégration des nouveaux talents - Maintien de la base de données à jour avec outils internes Faurecia ;
- Evènements & Communication : Participation active aux événements, communication et projets du site.

- Une première expérience en alternance dans un service RH est un atout, de préférence dans un milieu automobile
