Within the Wholesale Western Europe team and under the responsibility of the Franchise Western Europe Manager, we are looking for a Franchises Coordinator whose main mission will be the coordination of HUGO BOSS franchise projects across the Western Hub (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Malta, Cyprus, Turkey, and Benelux).
Main responsibilities:
Project monitoring:
* Ensure the follow-up of franchise opening projects in collaboration with various departments (Shop Construction, Wholesale, Finance, VM, etc.) from briefing to the store opening,
* Support the teams in different countries in adhering to the specifications of each project,
* Ensure uniformity and compliance with various processes, guidelines, deadlines, and tools across all stores.
Analysis and reporting:
* Produce reports to provide various stakeholders with the necessary elements for decision-making, and perform analyses of the Franchise Hub network results (sell-in & sell-out),
* Ensure the updating of the Franchise network databases (contacts, listings, dashboards, etc.),
* Monitor performances and related action plans with internal teams (tracking restocks and swaps, etc.)
Operations:
* Coordinate and support the various Franchise stakeholders within the Hub (provide Franchise expertise to Wholesale stakeholders, develop support materials and tracking tools),
* Identify issues within the Franchise Hub network and report them to your superiors,
* Ensure good internal communication and the dissemination of information across different countries (communications on products, launches, procedures, manuals, and other materials),
* Communicate downward information from the Group to business partners,
* Optimize existing processes, share best practices with a view to harmonization, and act as a reference for all Franchise processes.
This list of responsibilities is not exhaustive and will be supplemented by ongoing and future projects within HUGO BOSS. You have 3 to 5 years of experience in the Franchise industry.
You are solution-oriented and have excellent analytical and optimization skills, with a good understanding of the field and commercial indicators (sell-in and sell-out).
You have proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
You are flexible to work effectively in multicultural teams and independently.
Structured and organized, you have the ability to manage multiple projects.
Fluent spoken and written English is required for this position.
