YOUR MISSION

Within Group Strategy & Marketing Transformation, the Sales & Marketing Ops is in charge of supporting Business Units to reach their full potential on organic growth levers.

The Growth Strategy Intern will support the Business Excellence team on 3 main areas:

Perform Business Intelligence Strategic Analysis

1. Consolidate and challenge Key Performances Indicators to identify areas of improvements
2. Prepare Excel models, dashboards, PowerPoint presentations to help the business units scale their sales campaigns
3. Conduct benchmarks

Identify levers to increase Sales Performances

4. Collect Best practices from Edenred Business Units and from external researches
5. Analyze data and provide valuable insights to the business units
6. Build action plan to help BUs to accelerate their growth

Reinforce & Share Edenred Expertise on Sales & Marketing

7. Create content to structure/synthetize Edenred Expertise (Excel Dashboards, Playbook, Workshops)
8. Interact with Edenred Business Units (Teams, Calls, Workshops) to share Edenred Expertise

OUR REQUIREMENTS


Education & experience

9. Bac +5 from a top business school or university, looking for a gap-year or a final-year internship
10. A first successful internship experience in consulting, finance, sales or similar fast-paced environment is a plus

Competencies

11. Motivated team player
12. Analytical skills (database analyses, business plan modeling)
13. Good business sense
14. Strong communication skills (oral, written)
15. Rigorous, organized and attention to details
16. Master Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Excel and Powerpoint)

Languages required

17. Fluent in French and English
18. Other languages appreciated: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German
