YOUR MISSION

1. Within the Business Line Benefits & Engagement, the Revenue Optimization team is in charge of supporting Business Units to reach their full potential on growth levers.

The Growth Digital Marketing Intern will participate in the following missions:

2. Support our Business Units in their paid & organic digital marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads, Bing Ads & META Ads, SEO/GEO.
3. Assist with reporting and performance analysis, budget tracking and strategic recommendations.
4. Contribution to internal knowledge sharing (workshop, digital trends, media updates, best practices).
5. Design digital banners to support our Business Units mainly with their META Ads campaigns.

Our requirements

Education & experience

6. Bac +5 from a top business school or university, looking for a gap-year or a final-year internship
7. A first successful internship experience in Digital Marketing

Competencies

8. Knowledge of Digital Marketing, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, META Ads or SEO/GEO
9. Motivated team player
10. Analytical skills (performances analyses, budget reports)
11. Good business sense
12. Strong communication skills (oral, written)
13. Rigorous, organized and attention to details
14. Master Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Excel and Powerpoint)

Languages required

15. Fluent in French and English
16. Other languages appreciated: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German

17. Full-time Internship contract (6 months, flexible)
