Role

Edenred's Public Affairs Department is recruiting an intern dedicated to the Public Affairs and CSR topics of the Mobility Business Line. He/she will report to the Head of Public Affairs and CSR of the Mobility Business Line and will be responsible for:

1. Monitoring legislative/regulatory policies in the fields of mobility (multi-energy cards, tolls, road transport), sustainability (electric mobility, fleet energy transition), payment and taxation
2. Supporting relevant stakeholders’ mapping of the ecosystem
3. Managing the creation of content (toolkits) in support of the Public Affairs strategy of the Mobility Business Line and of the Group's various countries
4. Participating in the drafting of institutional content (position papers, talking points, white papers, etc.)
5. Supporting the coordination of the Public Affairs correspondents’ network in the Mobility Business Line subsidiaries (Europe, Latin America)

Ultimately, your role will encourage you to identify, understand and assess key regulatory issues that may influence the Mobility Business Line's activity, in a dynamic international context.

On top of such Public Affairs activities, we expect you to be able to get involved in CSR topics applied to the Mobility Business Line, including providing support on ESG reporting campaigns, CSR content creation and coordination/engagement of the CSR Mobility correspondents’ network.

Profile :

You have graduated from a Master degree program in Political Science, Public Affairs, Law or Communications.

You have already gained experience in public policy in the public sector (Government, Parliament) or in the private sector (consultancy firms, corporates).

Required skills:

7. Excellent interpersonal skills, open-minded and proactive
8. Ability to work in an international context and in project mode
9. Good knowledge of general computer skills (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, prompting)
10. Strong interest in data, reporting and ESG/sustainability

Languages required: English compulsory.
