Lhyfe recrute une personne pour le poste de Bulk Supply and Transport Coordinator à Nantes en CDI pour soutenir la croissance de nos activités en Europe centrale et orientale (CEE).
Des échanges en allemand et en anglais feront partie de ton quotidien.

Que fait le département Bulk chez LHYFE ?
Le département Bulk, au sein de notre département Supply Chain planifie et coordonne les opérations de Transport & Logistique pour répondre aux exigences des clients, en garantissant la sécurité, la livraison à temps de l'hydrogène et la conformité aux normes et réglementations relatives au Transport de Marchandises Dangereuses.
L’équipe est composée de Maxime, Responsable des opérations Bulk, Sandrine, Transport Animation Officer et Lucie, Bulk Supply and Transport Coordinator.


En tant que Bulk Supply and Transport Coordinator, que feras-tu ?
Sous la responsabilité de Maxime, Responsable des opérations Bulk, ta mission principale est de planifier et d'optimiser les mouvements et les schémas logistiques pour les activités Bulk dans la zone CEE.

Tes missions :
- Assurer la sécurité des opérations et la conformité aux réglementations relatives au Transport de Marchandises Dangereuses (TMD).
- Développer les relations clients et les interfaces en lien avec l’activité Bulk et gérer les transporteurs sur les projets de livraison.
- Suivre le budget Logistique & Transport (prévisions vs réel) et les ressources Bulk (équipements, matériaux, conteneurs et emballages).
- Assurer le reporting nécessaire de l’activité.
- Participer à la mise en place de projets d’amélioration continue et de développement.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Opérations et Maintenance, les équipes commerciales (nouveaux clients) et les équipes administratives (achats, facturation).
- Enfin, participer à la rédaction des cahiers des charges et des procédures.

We are recruiting a Bulk Planer in Nantes as a permanent contract within our Supply chain department to support the growth of our activities in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).
Exchanges in German and English will be your daily routine.

What does the Bulk department at LHYFE do?
The Bulk department plans and coordinates Transport & Logistics operations to meet customer requirements, ensuring safety, timely hydrogen delivery, and compliance with standards and Dangerous Goods Transport regulations.
The team is composed of Maxime, Bulk operations manager, Sandrine, Transport Animation Officer and Lucie, Bulk Supply and Transport Coordinator.

As Bulk supply and transport coordinator, what will you do?
Reporting to Maxime, Bulk operations manager, your main task is to plan and optimise movements and logistics schemes for Bulk activities for the CEE zone.

Your missions:
- Ensure the safety of operations and compliance with the Transport of Dangerous Goods (TDG) regulations.
- Develop customer relations and interfaces in connection with the Bulk business and manage carriers on delivery projects.
- Monitor the Logistics & Transport budget (forecast vs actual) and Bulk resources (equipment, materials, containers and packaging).
- Ensure the necessary reporting of the activity.
- Participate in the deployment of continuous improvement and development projects.
- Working closely with the Operations and Maintenance teams, the sales teams (new customers) and the administrative teams (purchasing, invoicing).
- Finally, participate in the drafting of specifications and procedures,

< Occasional travel over several days in France, Germany or Europe may be required.



Your profile:
If you are passionate about this opportunity and have additional skills that enrich the profile described below, don't hesitate to apply!
With at least 8 years of professional experiencein transport and logistic of dangerous goods, you will be able to coordinate the CEE activity.
Ideally, you have work experience in the oil and gas sector.
You have experience in managing just-in-time logistics and its administrative tasks attached.
Solution-oriented, you are known for your interpersonal skills, adaptability and search for efficiency and optimisation.
You are fluent in German and English. Having skills in French, or wanting to, is a plus.
