Mission Overview


As part of the IT Strategy & Portfolio team, the trainee will contribute to structuring and optimizing the application landscape of the company. This mission is ideal for a student seeking exposure to strategic IT governance and real-world decision-making processes within a large, complex information system.


Main Responsibilities


• Contribute to building and maintaining the Application Portfolio Inventory:

Collect and structure existing application data (functional scope, business owner, technical owner, licensing model, costs, technologies, etc.)


• Support the development of an Application Portfolio Management (APM) system/tool:

Assist in tool selection, testing, configuration, and data integration.


• Conduct usage audits and lifecycle assessments:

Help analyze usage data, application criticality, obsolescence, and support business rationalization initiatives.



• Participate in strategic reviews and reporting:

Help prepare dashboards and presentations for IT and business leadership.



• Assist in Shadow IT identification and strategy formulation:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify non-declared tools and support the creation of guidelines and control mechanisms.


Profil recherché

Skills & Profile


• Currently enrolled in an Engineering program in IT Management, Digital Strategy, Information Systems, or equivalent
• Strong analytical skills and data organization capabilities
• Interest in IT governance, enterprise architecture, and application lifecycle
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Tableau or APM tool or MS dynamics is a plus
• Autonomy, curiosity, and good communication skills
• French and English fluency (written and spoken)
