Responsibilities:

1. Participate in business transfer and business project launch meetings.
2. Analyze the sold project (special technical specifications, specifications, etc.).
3. Validate the operation’s technical feasibility.
4. Participate in the preparation of technical offers.
5. Establish and monitor the workload schedule.
6. Estimate the number of study hours and resources needed and the associated cost.
7. Produce or request the production of design briefs, assessments and sizing calculations of the structures.
8. Produce or request the production of plans, diagrams and synoptic drawings.
9. Optimize the project from a technical point of view and look for technical variants.
10. Update the plans as and when necessary and at the end of the works (after checking the as-built drawings).
11. Monitor document distributions and signed document returns.
12. Ensure that the documents are forwarded to the various internal contacts (business manager, building site managers, etc.) and external contacts (supervising office, client, etc.).
13. Check and approve the working drawings and design briefs.
14. Provide an expert appraisal and technical diagnosis.
15. Ensure technological and regulatory intelligence.
16. Manage documentation.
17. Take part in progress and coordination meetings.
18. Coordinate studies with the project’s other stakeholders.
19. Prepare and participate in functional tests.
20. Manage the team.


Job Requirements:

Required Level of Education: 2-5 years’ higher education or a vocational diploma with prior experience.

Required Professional Experience: Minimum 5-8 years.

Internal Environment: All employees within your scope – Business Manager, Building site managers.

External Environment: Suppliers – Supervising office – Program Management.

You are a graduate in electrical engineering with a focus on automation.

You have prior experience in the field of automation.

You are recognized for your rigor and team spirit.

Your synthesis and analysis skills are assets that will help you succeed in this position and evolve within our group.
