La prestation demandée porte sur la réalisation de prestation : PROJECT CONTRACT MANAGER - EXECUTION PHASE

DESCRIPTION :
L'activité de cette prestation se portera sur :

1. Assist the Project Manager to coordinate contract management activities ensuring that all aspects of the contract during project execution phase are correctly addressed.
2. Review and analyse contract clauses and provide assistance regarding the interpretation of contractual clauses.
3. Advice, draft and review the contractual correspondence related to Clients and Partners; and contractual communications to Vendors and Subcontractors.
4. Prepare and update relevant registers and reports.
5. Prepare variations of contracts and claims (including EOT, Disruption and acceleration claims) incorporating pricing, commercial, contractual, and technical aspects.
6. Support the Procurement Function in negotiating contract documents of purchase orders and agreements during project execution.
7. Maintain relevant records on behalf of Contractor.

COMPETENCES EXIGEES :
Pour la réalisation de la présente prestation, le Titulaire devra apporter les compétences décrites ci-dessous :
1. English Mandatory.
2. Engineering (or dual Legal + Engineering) background preferable.
3. Previous experience in the oil & gas industry, ideally on EPCI projects with several interfaces.
4. Experience on FPSO/FPU/FSRU a plus.
5. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
