Nous recrutons dans le cadre d’un contrat à durée déterminée un(e) :
Responsable d'Equipe de Production - Flux Comprimés Gélules H/F.
Missions :
Dans le respect du Code de la Santé Publique (article R5124-36), en reconnaissant l’autorité du Pharmacien responsable GlaxoWellcome Production, en appliquant les Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (France Europe), le Code du Travail et les règles du Groupe, vous serez chargé d’organiser, suivre et animer de manière fonctionnelle les opérations de production dans le but de placer l’équipe concernée dans les meilleures conditions de réussite et d’atteinte des objectifs.
Vos responsabilités seront les suivantes :
1. Vous prenez en charge le Management d’une équipe de 10 personnes.
2. Vous êtes garant du bon respect des règles de sécurités (notamment le port des EPI).
3. Vous veillez à la bonne mise en application des Directives Qualité.
4. La formation du personnel.
5. L’identification des risques qualité, sécurité, clients et participation à la mise en œuvre des actions.
6. La gestion des déviations et des investigations en proposant des mesures correctives.
7. La gestion des plannings.
8. La gestion des impératifs de Production selon les objectifs définis.
9. Vous êtes garant du pilotage de la performance au quotidien.
10. L’organisation et la mise en œuvre d’essais et/ou de contrôles spécifiques liés à la validation ou à la qualification ainsi qu’aux interventions de maintenance.
Profil recherché :
Vous avez minimum un niveau de formation Bac+2/Bac+3.
Vous avez une expérience de 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en Management dans le milieu Industriel idéalement Pharmaceutique ou Agroalimentaire.
Vous êtes totalement à l’aise au sein d’un environnement de Production. Vous êtes orienté(e) client, avez un bon niveau de Communication.

Vous êtes disponible pour travailler en 3*8 et/ou le week-end.
