Mission

The system engineer is responsible for the development of the product by taking into consideration as well the technical constraints as the customer requests for project and RFI/RFQ phase.

Responsibilities/Requirements (Details):

1. Product definition: customer and system requirements responsible managed in DOORS.
2. Functional management of the development team for his/her project in a worldwide framework.
3. Decision-maker for the topics related to development within the project team.
4. Monitoring and control of all tasks of the development areas.
5. Development schedule creation & management in RPLAN.
6. Coordination with the customer through regular communication.
7. Product qualification (DV & PV) responsible with support of Quality and Test Engineer.
8. Sample assembly coordination.
9. Development and product costs management within the project.
10. Taking part to production RUNs in Marquardt plants.
11. Be knowledgeable of Marquardt Process and how it relates to system engineering.


Profil

Skills & Specifications:

Must have:

1. Engineering graduation in electronics.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive business within electronics development.
3. Technology knowledge: NFC/ UWB / LF-RF/BLE.
4. Experience in Entry Access System.
5. Technical skills, ability to understand / criticize mechatronic concept and products.
6. Requirement engineering.
7. Ability to lead the development team, project management competence.
8. Communication skill: coordination tasks, contact friendliness, presentation and moderation knowledge, convincing abilities, negotiation.
9. Fluent English.
10. Soft skills: rigor & discipline, dynamism, reactivity, synthetic.
11. Effectiveness in both verbal and written communication (fluent in English and French).
