Within the Wholesale Western Europe team and under the responsibility of the Wholesale Director Western Europe, we are looking for a Franchises Team Leader France and Benelux who will be responsible for all strategic decisions including execution of Franchise business in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Netherlands.
What you can expect:
Location review:
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations of franchise locations to ensure compliance with HUGO BOSS standards and identify areas for improvement.
Partner Selection:
* Develop existing partners upon the agreed growth plan.
* Identify and select potential franchise partners who align with the brand's values and business goals.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to foster collaboration and growth.
P&L Management:
* Oversee the financial performance of franchise operations, ensuring profitability and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
* Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to optimize revenue and reduce costs.
Merchandising:
* Coordinate with merchandising teams to ensure product offerings align with market trends and consumer preferences.
* Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance brand presentation and customer experience.
KPI Control:
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) at both wholesale and retail levels.
* Develop action plans to address performance gaps and drive continuous improvement.

Your profile:
* Proven experience in franchise management or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial management and KPI analysis.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide franchise partners.
* Fluent in French & English.
