Within our subsidiary BBL Cargo, you will play a strategic role in supervising and optimizing the operational activities of your agency. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the various services under your responsibility while ensuring the achievement of operational, economic, and strategic objectives. You will also work to develop synergies between different departments to optimize transport flows and maximize process efficiency.
Main responsibilities:
Management and leadership:
* Supervise and lead a team of 50 employees, including transit agents, operational managers, and salespeople,
* Unite the teams around common goals, develop skills, and maintain a positive work environment,
* Implement performance indicators (KPIs) to track both individual and collective objectives,
Operational Management:
* Supervise export/import maritime transport activities to ensure service quality and timely delivery,
* Coordinate operations with local partners (port and logistics),
* Resolve complex operational issues and anticipate needs related to the activity,
Business Development:
* Manage the existing client portfolio and ensure customer retention through tailored solutions,
* Identify growth opportunities to develop business activities and expand the client base,
* Negotiate with key accounts and represent the agency at professional events,
Financial and Administrative Management:
* Develop, monitor, and optimize the agency’s budget to ensure profitability,
* Prepare regular reports for senior management regarding financial results, performance, and ongoing projects
* Ensure overall administrative management of the agency, in compliance with current regulations,
