To support our Merchandising team, we are looking for a Buying and Planning Manager for one of our premium brands on a permanent contract in St. Denis, near the Stade de France.
Key Responsibilities:
* Core responsibility is to create seasonal buy plan to achieve category financial plans and strategic objectives .
* Ensure product / deliveries and all channel demand are streamlined from a quantitative and on time perspective.
* Be able to prioritize plans and make sure to utilize direct assortment by channel segmentation .
* Champion business analysis in order to anticipate business opportunities. Ensure account order are transformed efficiently.
* Build reports in order to monitor sales, inventory, margin at different granularity level and build projection. Responsible for other side projects .
* Strong collaboration with sales and merchandising counterpart to ensure buy meets direct assortment plans by channel, sku optimization and capacity plans are met .
* Recruittrain and develop top talents in this field. Challenge tools and system to ensure you can optimize planning program functionality.
The Ideal Candidate
* Min. Bachelor or higher. Can be compensated by relevant work experience
* 8 years + work experience in fashion, sport and retail
* Strong analytical skills and problem solver.
* Good interpersonal skills to work with different teams and coordinate projects.
* MS office applications, Excel Complex formulas.
* Ability to work with Advanced planning systems and BI Tools (powerBI)
* Fluent in English and French
