Responsable - chef de projets project manager h/f

Une journée chez MKS :

Nous recherchons un.e Responsable/Chef de Projets H/F pour rejoindre l'équipe projets, dirigée par Sophie, sur notre site basé à Beaune-la-Rolande. Vous aurez en charge le développement de projets internes et/ou externes, et vous assurerez l'exécution des contrats qui vous seront confiés. Les projets seront gérés selon les règles de la gestion de projet, incluant le planning, le coût, les risques et opportunités, la négociation et la qualité. Vous serez également impliqué.e dans l'amélioration des processus en cours.

Dans ce rôle, vous aurez un impact grâce à :
- Vos relations interpersonnelles et Leadership : il faudra faire travailler en synergie avec notre équipe de R&D et les services support, créer la relation avec nos clients.
- Votre ouverture à l'international : nos principaux clients sont en Asie, au Moyen Orient et aux Etats Unis. Un très bon niveau d'anglais est nécessaire, et il peut y avoir des déplacements internationaux.
- Votre organisation et votre rigueur : vous êtes moteur pour faire progresser les équipes et pour faire évoluer nos processus.

Compétences requises :

De formation Ingénieur ou équivalent, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 4/5 ans sur un poste similaire.

L'expérience en système électronique serait un plus.
