MISSIONSUNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OPERATIONS DIRECTOR:• Supervise, lead and organize the works teams in order to fulfill the contracts under your responsibility.• Organize and optimize the needs, methods and resources in terms of labor and equipment.• Validate the selected operating procedures and decide on the selected sub-contractors.• Validate and enforce the corrective measures by ensuring that the quality and environment monitoring plans are properly established and applied.• Check the execution of the works under your responsibility by defining your teams’ objectives (productivity improvement plan, progress schedules, management of expenditure and necessary additional products, budget tracking and correction, invoicing and settlement, etc.).• Establish the review body with your teams (client relations, secondary building trades, suppliers, etc.).• Ensure maintained or improved client satisfaction in accordance with the contract (quality, lead times, operations prior to reception, resolution of deviations and acceptance, etc.).• Uphold the delegations and monitor them across all building sites under your responsibility.• Lead and coordinate your teams.• Participate in the skills development of your colleagues.• Conduct annual appraisal interviews.• Signal any breach and suggest any appropriate sanctions.• Guarantee compliance with the procedures in force and their proper application. Vous avez une expérience significative et vous avez évolué sur des postes de chef de projet et/ou conduite de travaux, vous souhaitez poursuivre votre évolution au sein du groupe en devenant acteur du changement et ainsi participer à des projets innovants qui s’inscrivent dans une volonté nationale de décarbonisation et d’industrialisation des bâtiments.
