COORDINATEUR INFRASTRUCTURE ET CYBERSÉCURITÉ – H/F

Sous le management du Responsable ICT, vous assurez le maintien en condition opérationnelle de l’infrastructure informatique et télécommunications de la société Enilive France – Siège et Stations-services.

Votre action se construit autour des missions principales suivantes:

1. Infrastructure:

Vous êtes force de propositions pour le matériel et les logiciels utilisés et garant du bon fonctionnement de l’environnement informatique en relation avec les différents prestataires supports, au niveau des serveurs, postes de travail et éléments de télécommunication (matériel et logiciel).

2. Support et Assistance Hard & Soft:

Vous pilotez la politique de maintenance et structuration du support technique interne et externe (remontée d’incidents ticketing, règles d’escalade et support), tout en assurant la rédaction et le suivi des procédures. A ce titre, vous coordonnez la relation et le suivi des différents prestataires supports afin qu’ils répondent dans les délais, coûts et qualité prévus. Vous êtes chargé(s) de former le personnel et les nouveaux arrivants aux bonnes pratiques et procédures.

3. Sécurité informatique:

Vous évaluez la vulnérabilité des systèmes d’information, participez à la définition et à la mise en oeuvre de la politique de sécurité, mettez en place des solutions pour garantir la disponibilité, la sécurité et l’intégrité des systèmes et des informations de la société.

Dans le cadre d’appels d’offres, vous évaluez la partie cybersécurité des fournisseurs selon les règles du groupe.

Vous formez et sensibilisez les utilisateurs à la sécurité informatique.

BAC +2/3 en informatique.
Plusieurs années d'expérience.
Systèmes d'information : fonctionnalités et architecture.
Systèmes Microsoft et Linux.
Réseaux Firewall, VPN, VLAN, Routage.
Télécoms et Internet.
Veille technologique.
Curiosité, rigueur et dynamisme.
Excellente pédagogie et sens du relationnel.
Maîtrise de l'anglais ou de l'italien technique indispensable.

At Eni we are looking for a Infrastructure and Cybersecurity Coordinator (H/F) within Eni France in Lyon, France. Reporting to the ICT Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the IT and telecommunications infrastructure of Enilive France - Head Office and Service Stations - in operational condition.

You will be responsible for:

1. Infrastructure:

Making proposals for the hardware and software used.
Ensuring that the IT environment operates smoothly in conjunction with the various support service providers, in terms of servers, workstations and telecommunications elements (hardware and software).

2. Hard & Soft Support and Assistance:

Managing the maintenance policy and structure of internal and external technical support (ticketing, escalation rules and support), while drafting and monitoring procedures.
Coordinating the relationship and monitoring of the various support service providers, to ensure that they respond within the agreed timescales, costs and quality.
Training staff and new arrivals in best practice and procedures.

3. Cybersecurity:

Assessing the vulnerability of information systems, participating in defining and implementing the security policy, and implementing solutions to guarantee the availability, security and integrity of the company's systems and information.
Providing support to tender processes, assessing the cybersecurity aspects of suppliers in accordance with the Group's rules.
Training users and raising their awareness of IT security.
