Job Description

You are passionate about current sustainability challenges and looking for an opportunity with a positive impact?

Europcar Mobility Group, the leading car rental company, is offering an Apprenticeship or Internship opportunity in its CSR team. This position is a chance to work in a passionate team, get valuable experience in an international company and contribute to the company’s commitment to transparent and reliable sustainability reporting, but more generally to the company’s commitment towards the planet and the people.

Within the CSR and Communication direction, you will support the team on the sustainability reporting and projects topics.

More precisely you will ensure the following tasks :

4. Support in sustainability data collection and analysis, and in the overall management of the 2024 reporting campaign including cross-functional work to ensure data reliability and accuracy
5. Support in the annual regulatory audit on sustainability data
6. Contribute to the preparation and drafting of the annual CSR report and other legal requirement
7. Participate in the preparation of the Group for upcoming regulations within a cross-functional team
8. Stay updated on emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and reporting guidelines
9. Participate in various CSR related projects depending on the teams needs
10. Contribute to non-financial agencies questionnaires (EcoVadis, CDP, UN Global Compact, …)

Contract : apprenticeship contract

Qualifications

11. Passionate about sustainability and environmental issues
12. Pursuing or recently completed a degree in sustainability, environmental sciences, business, or a related field ( niveau d'études entre bac+3 et bac+5 / diplômé d'un bac+5 )
13. Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
15. Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
16. Knowledge of sustainability reporting principles and frameworks is a plus
17. Previous experience or coursework related to sustainability reporting or ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) is desirable but not required
18. A strong written and oral level in English is necessary
